Bobby grew up in a Stock Car racing family in Dike, IA. Bobby started working at KHAK in 1993.

He lives in Center Point with Katie (his wife), and children Jessi and Jordan. Bobby can be heard weekdays from 10 to 3 and Saturday mornings from 6 to 10 . Weekends are also filled with wedding dances across the state. In his free time, he plays basketball (No, he's not that Bobby Hansen from the Hawkeyes), racing Late Models on Dirt Tracks, (Yes, he's that Bobby Hansen), and spending time with his family and friends.

Interests: Iowa Hawkeyes, racing, playing Football & Basketball, college sports, country music and music from the 70's, and TV shows "Friends" and "That 70's Show."
