After the Seattle Seahawks shocking come-from-behind and thrilling overtime victory over the Green Bay Packers yesterday in the NFC title game, I thought about contacting Brain. I stopped myself, realizing there was nothing I could say. I knew Packer fans were inconsolable. I've been there... 16 years ago.

It was January 17, 1999 and my team, the Minnesota Vikings, was playing the Atlanta Falcons in the NFC Title game. The Vikes were already up seven with about two minutes to go when Viking kicker Gary Anderson missed a 38-yard field goal that would've sealed the game. He had made 44 in a row to that point, over two seasons. The game ended up going into overtime and the Falcons would drive 70 yards to set-up the game winning field goal. My phone rang, but I would not talk. I was, indeed, inconsolable. At that time, the Vikings were the only team in NFL history to go 15-1 during the regular season and not make the Super Bowl.

Yes, Packer fans, I how how you feel.

The Minnesota Viking cheerleaders will be at our 2015 Big Boy Toy Show on February 7th. Here's some more of what about this year's event.
