I Really Need to Start Listening

I've never been the brightest "bulb" when it comes to vehicles, but I really felt like an idiot last night.  The past few weeks, my right turn signal has been blinking VERY fast.  I assumed it was some sort of short in my 13+ year-old truck.  After all, I'd checked to make sure my front turn signal was working.  I know what you're thinking, and I should've been thinking.

Last night, a neighbor followed me home to let me know I had a right-side taillight out.  I immediately thought, "Duh, Bob."  I went and bought new bulbs and replaced all of them on the rear of my vehicle and wah-lah...no fast blink anymore.  My truck was trying to tell me something.  I just wouldn't listen.  My wife, Julie, would tell you I never do but that's a whole 'nother story...
