How many vacation days do YOU get every year?  2 weeks?  3 weeks?  More?  Many Americans don't even use all their vacation days provided by their employers.  But what would you do with unlimited vacation days?  One large company is trying it out!

Virgin Group, the company owned by billionaire Richard Branson, is giving employees in their New York and London offices unlimited vacation days to use.  If the test goes well, all Virgin subsidiaries would be urged to adopt the same vacation policy.  The thinking is that employee will not abuse the policy and still get their work done.

The downside?  You can't trade unused days for cash, or carry over days from year to year.  And is it really "unlimited"?  Or, as is the policy with Netflix, "unmonitored" vacation days.  The bottom line?  Take as much time as you need....just get your work done!

Would you be more likely to work for a company with an unlimited vacation policy?  Do you use all your vacation days at your current job?
