Star Wars: The Force Awakens officially hits theaters Friday. If you're like me and can't get to see it until later this weekend, you obviously want to avoid as many spoilers as possible. Sure, you could just stay off the internet until you see it, but really, how practical is that? There are some other handy online tools that can ensure you'll still be strong with the force when you finally get to see it!

If you are a Google Chrome user there are several filters you can use to help stay away from Star Wars news and content. Spoiler Alert will force you to use your email and create a user name. Star Wars Spoiler Blocker was created specifically created to avoid spoilers for 'The Force Awakens'. Another one you can try is Unspoiler. It's easy to set up and will also work with your Facebook and Twitter feeds.

There are other ways to block out Star Wars including filters on TweetDeck, and also don't forget to block hashtags including #StarWars, #TheForceAwakens and #TFA. The only full proof way though maybe to go at midnight Friday, or just stay off your phone and computer! May the Force be with you!
