Hawkeye Downs Kicks Off Their Season Today

Hawkeye Downs will kick off their 91st racing season this afternoon with a series of races.

The Big 8 late Model racing series is in town and will be running with the Hawkeye Downs Late Models. Also running today will be the Mountain Dew Sportsmen, Hobby Stocks, Miller Time Hornets, and Dublin City Pub INEX Legend Cars.

Gates opened at 10 a.m. and pre-race ceremonies will begin at 11:50 a.m. with the first race at noon.
