The race yesterday at the Texas Motor Speedway brought some fireworks to the end of the race. Jeff Gordon and Brad Keselowski banged off the side of each other, which caused Gordon to cut a left rear tire and finish 29th. You can see video of the collision below.

The contact during the race led to a small confrontation on the pit road afterward. There wasn't an all-out fight but the little pushing match has just what NASCAR wants -- people talking about it. Watch the scuffle in the video below.

Jeff Gordon was interviewed on camera after the skirmish by ESPN. On live TV, Jeff Gordon called Brad Keselowski a "dips**t". 10 years ago, NASCAR fined Dale Earnhardt Jr. $10,000 and docked him 25 points when he uttered the second half of that word on live TV. In the first video you can see Gordon's post-race interview where he angrily uses the word and beneath it, Earnheardt Jr.'s interview that got him in trouble.

Should be interesting to see if NASCAR does the same to Jeff Gordon. Do you think they'll overlook it?

The deal between Gordon and Keselowski? That's just racing. It happens throughout the year at the local dirt tracks here in Iowa. When it's a green-white-checkered situation, it's everyone for themselves! But usually, someone's going to get some sheet metal torn up from it.
