Goofing off on live TV? Carson did this morning…for a great cause! [VIDEO]

I was given the chance to join Joy Howe on Fox 28 this morning to talk all about the 5k Rave Run coming up Saturday.  (You have heard about it, right?)  But being a radio guy, and a little nuts, and also up way earlier than I'd like, well, you might say I got a bit goofy.

And of course the screenshot they have to capture the video proposes all sorts of "capture this" tags... All in all, going to be a great event, regardless if we can get Justin Roberts in a tutu and pink wig or not.
