There have been countless studies on how many drinks you should have per week, per day, etc. But the University of Iowa has gone a step further. They've taken human error and lying out of the equation. And the results are quite frankly shocking.

When asked the question, "how many drinks do you have a week", human nature tells us to lie. Don't tell them how many we really have or they'll think we have a problem! That error skews survey and test results. The new study from the U of I looked at consumption and how it affects our DNA, and therefore, the aging process. The study also then determined your actual age, and then looked at if you've aged prematurely due to alcohol. Brilliant stuff! The results showed that people who had 1 or 2 drinks a day, aged normally. Even better than people who had NO alcohol! Now everyone's DNA and genetic makeup is different, but science is telling you, no demanding that you have several drinks per day!
