Gloves Of Love To Help Cedar Rapids Students Stay Warm!

KHAK and the Cedar Rapids Community School District would like to thank everyone who donated to this year's Gloves Of Love campaign. Today, we delivered all the gloves and mittens that were gathered at both Cedar Rapids Theisens stores during December.  It was quite the haul!  They'll all be handed out to needy children in the Cedar Rapids school district to help keep them warm during this cold and bitter winter. Thank you again for helping to keep our children warm, and by showing just how much you care by donating to the Gloves Of Love campaign! We presented them to Cedar Rapids School Superintendent Dr. Dave Benson (below).
