Florida Nation’s Flatest State. Iowa Doesn’t Even Make The Top 10!

Living in the midwest, we're used to FLAT.  Our Impossible Question this morning dealt with the flatest states in the U.S.  Suprisingly however, the flatest state is NOT in the midwest.
