Families can enjoy the General Mills “Make Your Own Cereal” tent, St. Luke’s bike safety and helmet giveaway, a kids craft tent, mascot mania, and “Safety Town” with interactive displays highlighting dental care, nutrition, lead poisoning, disaster preparedness, water safety and STEM activities (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).

Other favorites include the “Revved Up 4 Tanager Place” Kids Charity Car & Motorcycle Show sponsored by Eddie’s Rod & Custom. This show will include door prizes, a silent auction, an energetic “engine rev,” and a special Kids Choice Award.
You won’t want to miss this unique car and motorcycle show and get the chance to look under the hood of models both old and new! Stick around for the balloon glow at 8:30!

Proceeds from nominal concession and ride fees go to support the more than 5,000 children impacted by Tanager Place programs every year. Tanager Place is a non-profit agency in Cedar Rapids with a more than 100 year history of serving children with behavioral, psychological or emotional challenges.
