It's the 11th annual Boomtown Fireworks Celebration in Vinton, presented by Veridian Credit Union. The Benton County Fairgrounds open at 3 p.m. with food vendors, a beer tent, inflatables for the kids and live music from "Redline" starting at six.
Courtlin's live from 5 to 7 with your chance to sign up to win a pair of tickets to Alan Jackson & Lee Ann Womack Saturday, September 9 at the U.S. Cellular Center. The Iowa Pyrotechnic Association provides the biggest, best, loudest, and most spectacular fireworks display in the midwest at dusk with the grand public display at approximately 9:30 p.m.!
