Evacuations To Start Sunday In Cedar Rapids [VIDEO]

City leaders held a press conference at the Cedar Rapids Ice Arena this morning to update citizens on the flooding of the Cedar River. Among the updates is the fact that residents and businesses in flood affected areas are going to be evacuated beginning Sunday. They would like everyone who is in a flood affected neighborhood to be out of their home by 8 p.m. Sunday. Officials also urged everyone NOT volunteering to stay away from the downtown area.
