Curt Schilling, a former World Series winning pitcher and one of ESPN's top baseball analysts was fired Wednesday after an offensive post on Facebook. Schilling, who had worked for the network since 2010, was let go for sharing a Facebook post that appeared to respond to the North Carolina law that bans transgender people from using restrooms and locker rooms that do not match their birth gender.

In a statement, ESPN said that they are an inclusive company and that Schilling's comments were unacceptable. Schilling declined to comment yesterday.

It's not the first time the former pitcher has been in trouble. He was suspended for a month last August for comparing radical Muslims to Nazis.
