Have you ever finished eating somethingand shortly after you think to yourself..."I am STILL hungry."  There could be a good reason for that and this list may shed some light.  The following foods can actually make you hungrier if you eat them.  You have been warned!

1. White bread - It makes your insulin levels go up, which can make your body think it needs more sugar.

2.  Sushi - It's main ingredient is usually white rice - which acts the same as white bread.

3.  Artificial sweetners - They make your body think it's about to get something it can use for energy.  But they have no calories, so you end up craving sweets.
