Cedar Rapids fire crews responded to a blaze on the cities southwest side early Friday morning. The fire was reported at a building at the corner of 22nd Avenue and A Street SW. Authorities say P-Lang Roofing was the owner of the building that caught fire.

The roof and the walls of the building caved in, and the structure is believed to be a total loss. As many as six fire trucks were on the scene battling the blaze. No injuries were reported.
