Don’t Let That Bad Day Get To You. Re-boot It With These Four Steps!
It’s Monday and it’s cloudy and rainy. That’s the perfect combination for a “bad day.” If you’re suffering from a bad day already, I may have the perfect prescription to dig yourself out of the craptastic mood you’re in!
There is a new checklist out that will help you “re-set” your bad day and put you in a better mood. And if you’re NOT in a bad mood today…bookmark this page or print this list out because we all know bad days are inevitable!
1. Move to another location. Get away from your problems. Go outside for fresh air or climb a couple flights of stairs to get the blood pumping!
2. Give yourself a treat. Have some chocolate or something you REALLY enjoy. Sit back and totally focus on that!
