A new trailer for Dolly Parton's Christmas of Many Colors: Circle of Love has been released and features the iconic country singer. The movie special serves as a follow up to the successful Dolly Parton’s Coat of Many Colors film that touched the hearts of fans in 2015.

In the new full length trailer, Ricky Schroder reprises his role as Robert Lee Parton, Dolly's father, who's decided to take on the "most dangerous job on earth" as a coal miner in order to bring in more money for the family.

"I'm tired of seeing them do without, it's killing me," the family patriarch says in the clip, sharing his pressing desire to give his loved ones a happy Christmas.

Jennifer Nettles continues her breakout role as Parton's mother, instilling within the young Dolly, portrayed by Alyvia Alyn Lind, that "love never fails" as Parton's original song "Circle of Love" plays in the background alongside a montage of a snowstorm and an explosion in the coal mines. Parton herself makes an appearance, playing a character known as "The Painted Lady" — or the "town trollop," as she told Jimmy Fallon in August.

“I get to actually play a little part in the movie because when I was little, I patterned my look after the town trollop in our town. I guess that’s what you call them!” Parton says. “I thought she was the most beautiful thing; she had all this makeup and hair and those tight clothes, and everything I wanted.”

Another 20-second trailer was released earlier this month.

Christmas of Many Colors: Circle of Love premieres on Wednesday (Nov. 30). Its predecessor, Coat of Many Colors, brought in the highest viewership for any television film on broadcast networks since 2012. In addition to her new holiday film, Parton was recently awarded the coveted Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2016 CMA Awards, preceded by a tribute performance featuring the likes of Carrie Underwood, Kacey Musgraves, Reba McEntire and more.
