Deadly Plane Crash Caught On Dash Cam [VIDEO]

A TransAsia plane has crashed overnight into the Taiwan River.  The entire crash just happened to be recorded on the dash cam of an oncoming motorist.  The plane was carrying 58 passengers and crew.  The latest report confirms that there are 23 casualties.  Rescue boats with survivors have also been seen on the river.  We'll keep you updated on further developments.
