Dale Jr. Losing A Sponsor For 2015… Or Not???

The National Guard will end its sponsorship with NASCAR's Most Popular Driver Dale Earnhardt Jr. Just a few months ago, U.S. Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-Mo., called the program a waste of money, and stated that the Guard’s funding had resulted in zero new recruits — and since then, the Guard has failed to produce evidence to the contrary.

However a statement from the Hendrick Organization states "Our team has a contract in place to continue the National Guard program at its current level in 2015. We have not been approached by the Guard about potential changes and plan to honor our current agreement."
