Counseling Corner letter for 2/6

Dear Brain and Steele,

A young couple has just moved in next door to me in our apartment complex.  I've met them a couple times, and they seem very nice.  But, they are also very noisy.  The tv is always loud, music blares, but that's not the worst part.

Our apartments share a bedroom wall, and I can hear everything that goes on in there, and I mean "everything!"

How do I handle this?  Report it to the building manager?  Confront them myself?  What do I say?  Needless to say, I could use some help.
