Cedar Rapids is One of Two Cities to Test New Restaurant Item

A restaurant chain is putting the taste buds of Cedar Rapidians to the test to determine if a new food item will be expanded to its more than 400 locations in 25 states.

Taco John's has announced that the Chicken and Gravy Breakfast Burrito will be available at both of its Cedar Rapids locations, beginning Monday (November 2). It will be on the menu for only two weeks, ending November 15. Only Cedar Rapids and one other unnamed U.S. city will test it. Your feedback will be essential as they decide if it the Chicken and Gravy Breakfast Burrito will become a menu item in all the restaurants locations. That decision will be made next year.
