Carrie Underwood has postponed her concert in Houston, scheduled for Tuesday (April 19) due to severe storms and flooding in the city.

The "Church Bells" singer was originally scheduled to perform today at the Toyota Center. Her performance has been rescheduled to Monday, April 25.

Underwood announced her current Storyteller Tour in October. Her initial dates all sold out, prompting an extension to her tour in February — it will now run through Nov. 8. The fall leg includes stops at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena and Madison Square Garden in New York City.

“I always love being on the road performing for my fans,” Underwood says in a press release, “but something about this tour feels more magnetic than ever. Having a 360-degree view of the audience gives me the opportunity to connect with more fans and feed off their energy. I can’t wait to continue this tour into the fall!”

In addition to her own tour, Underwood will be keeping busy this fall, as she will join Keith Urban on his Ripcord Tour in Australia in December. The two artists have teamed up frequently in the past few weeks as they sang a duet of Tom Petty and Stevie Nicks' "Stop Draggin' My Heart Around" on the finale of American Idol. Underwood is also featured on Urban's forthcoming album Ripcord on a track called “The Fighter.”

"I would say it’s a call-and-response song between a guy and a girl," Urban says of the song, which he co-wrote with busbee.
