Yes... it's finally over. And I think I did pretty good, just not quite where I'd like to be.

The Townsquare Weight Loss Challenge final weigh-in was last Friday. In the eight weeks of the contest, I lost 21 pounds. I started off at 218 pounds and the picture above is where I finished.

I'm still working towards my goal of 190, but I'm happy that I don't need to jump on the scale to monitor my weight. If you're trying to lose weight or maintain your current weight, I cannot express enough that exercise and diet are two huge keys!

I'll find out later this week how I did against the rest of the Townsquare Team.
