Big Crowd Enjoys ‘8 Seconds’ at Uptown Friday Night [GALLERY]

Friday (7/10) night, brought the first of three KHAK Country Nights at Uptown Friday Night at the McGrath Amphitheatre and a big crowd turned out.

Temperatures were hovering at just under 80 degrees when doors opened late Friday afternoon for another evening of fun at the McGrath Amphitheatre. It was '8 Seconds' turn to entertain on the first of two straight country nights... 'Lonesome Road' performs this Friday night (7/17). Friday, August 14th, Ty Bates will perform during the 2015 finale. We're proud to be partnering with the Cedar Rapids Jaycees on this great kickoff to the weekend each Friday night this summer.

Doors will open at 5 this Friday night and as always, the cost is just $5. Please remember the event is open to those 21-and-over only. I hope to see you there!
