Ashton Kutcher Will Look to Invest on ‘Shark Tank’

'Shark Tank' is one of my favorite shows on television and there will be another reason to watch during the upcoming season. Eastern Iowa native, Ashton Kutcher, will appear as a shark.

ABC-TV's 'Shark Tank' features business owners or entrepreneurs trying to get sharks to invest in their products. Julie and I often watch it and wonder either why we didn't think of a particular product or how they ever got the idea. Many times we think something has no chance of being invested in, only to see at least one of the panel-of-the-rich put their own money on the line.

Anyone who gets Ashton Kutcher interested is probably on their way to success. He's invested in a number of successful startups over the years. I'm willing to bet you've heard of nearly all of these: Flipboard, SoundCloud, Foursquare, Uber, Spotify, Shazam, Houzz, and Airbnb. All of them have Kutcher-cash if you will.

Ashton and fellow Silicon Valley investors Troy Carter and Chris Sacca will all appear on episodes of the upcoming seventh season. No dates for the episodes have been announced, but the new season of 'Shark Tank' debuts September 15th.
