Apparently People Love Their Pets Much More Than Their In-Laws

With the holidays fast approaching, a new survery takes a look at our pets and Christmas.

Let's start with a tricky question: Would you rather spend the holidays with your pet, or with your in-laws? Not surprisingly, most people chose their pet over their in-laws, with a result of 96%. I'm assuming the answer would be MUCH different if the spouses were asking the question, but luckily, they weren't.

Now, going along with the theme of loving our pets, it was also determined that 94% of people will be buying some sort of gift for their pets this year. I don't see why you wouldn't! For most of us, pets are a huge part of the family. My dogs (pictured above) each have their own stocking. :)

And, my FAVORITE part of the survey; 85% of people kiss their pets under the mistletoe. Because getting kissed by a human just isn't as sincere as getting licked on the face by a puppy.
