Nearly 14 years after the twin towers of the World Trade Center in New York City were destroyed during the September 11th attacks, Friday brings a new chapter at the location of the fallen towers.

The new building One World Trade Center, opens its Freedom Tower observatory on Friday. The building stands 1,776 feet tall with more than 100 floors. The top three floors, 100 through 102, of the tallest building in the United States will be open to the public to see what has to be the most breathtaking views anywhere in America. The elevator ride to the 102nd floor is an incredibly quick 47-seconds.
