A Steele Sugar High

What are YOUR favorite? Sugar? Peanut butter with Hershey Kisses? Chocolate dipped pretzels? There is something about making Christmas cookies that really puts me in the mood for the season. My wife Misty and I make at least four or five different batches of Christmas cookies every year and this year was no different. We have our favorites and we also try to incorporate new ones too.

This year it was pretzels dipped in almond bark, nut clusters, thumbprint cookies with raspberry preserves, and chocolate fudge. The smell of the baking, the sounds of the Christmas music we crank up while we make them, and the light snow that seemingly seems to fall whenever we begin the process makes for a perfect day. So I really want to know.....
