Hawkeyes to Wear All Black Saturday for Blackout Night at Kinnick Stadium

It was more than two months ago that Iowa announced that the Hawkeyes would be wearing all black uniforms for their game this Saturday night in Iowa City. One fan's talents may have given us a sneak peek of what to expect.

A big Hawkeye fan went to work and did some color contrast adjustments and came up with the below. Black shoes, socks, pants, jersey, and gold gloves and numbers it appears. You think that won't look a little bit intimidating? Oh, and 70,585 Iowa fans clad in black too? The uniforms themselves will be unveiled at 4:30 Saturday afternoon.

Minnesota... we want Floyd of Rosedale back and we want 10-0 for the first time in program history. Hawkeye fans, save those voices cause we want all of Iowa to hear you Saturday night. "Let's Go Hawks... Let's Go Hawks..."
