5k Rave Run Weather Forecast

The skies over Cedar Rapids are gloomy this morning and we are expecting scattered showers throughout the day. This should all clear up in time for the 5k Rave Run tonight at the McGrath Amphitheater.

9 a.m. -- Expect scattered showers and temperatures around 69°.
12 p.m. -- The temperature starts to climb at 73° with continued scattered showers.
3 p.m. -- More scattered showers as the temperature peaks around 75°.
6 p.m. -- The temperature will hold steady at 75° and the skies will start to clear up.
9 p.m. -- Skies will be mostly cloudy and the temperature will start to drop at 70°.

You shouldn't need rain gear for tonight's 5k but it never hurts to pack a poncho. We're looking forward to seeing you all at the McGrath amphitheater tonight! Don't worry if you haven't pre-registered. People will be able to register for the 5k fun walk/run at the gate or buy a ticket for just Rave On The River for $10.
