33 Year Long Garage Sale Coming To A Close In Southern Iowa

It's been 33 years since 81 year old Shirley Dennison didn't have a weekly garage sale.

That, however is coming to an end for the Ottumwa, IA woman.  Her garage sales have been going strong since the 1960's and steady for 33 years.  So what can you buy at Shirley's garage sales?  She says she really got into it after her mom passed away in 1981.  Her husband has also helped out by fixing things up and referbishing them to make them easier sales.

I'll admit, I enjoy a garage sale every now and then - either going to one or having one.
